Our Facilities

From raw material preparation to finished structural steel components, our dedicated fabrication facility supports every stage of the production process with precision, consistency, and engineering expertise.

How We Work

From Raw Steel to Precision Structural Components

Every structural steel component follows a carefully planned fabrication journey. Supported by dedicated machinery, experienced production teams, and quality control throughout every stage, we transform raw steel into structural components ready for assembly and project delivery.

PHASE 01 // MATERIAL PREPARATION

Industrial Plate Shearing Machine

Every project begins with large raw steel plates. The plate shearing machine cuts the material into manageable sections according to production requirements, preparing each piece for the next fabrication processes.

What it is for?

To prepare large steel plates for downstream fabrication, where they are drilled, cut, formed, welded, and assembled into structural steel components.

PHASE 02 // CONNECTION PREPARATION

Heavy-Duty Radial Drilling Machine

After the plates have been prepared, holes are drilled according to the approved shop drawings. Accurate hole positioning helps ensure structural components fit correctly during fabrication and final installation.

What it is for?

To drill precise bolt holes and connection points before structural components move to fabrication and assembly.

PHASE 03 // PROFILE CUTTING

Multi-Torch CNC Profile Cutting

Guided by approved engineering drawings, CNC profile cutting machines shape steel plates into connection plates, stiffeners, gussets, and other custom components. Automated cutting delivers consistent accuracy throughout production.

What it is for?

To cut flat steel plates into precisely shaped structural components that are ready for fabrication, welding, and assembly.

PHASE 04 // STRUCTURAL SECTION CUTTING

High-Capacity Section Bandsaw

Structural sections such as H-beams, I-beams, channels, and hollow sections are cut to the required lengths specified in the shop drawings. Accurate cutting supports efficient fit-up throughout fabrication and installation.

What it is for?

To cut structural steel members to their required lengths before drilling, welding, and assembly into larger structural steel frames.

PHASE 05 // COMPONENT FORMING

Heavy Hydraulic Press Brake

Flat steel plates are formed under controlled hydraulic pressure to create folded sections, brackets, stiffeners, and custom profiles required by the engineering design. This process transforms flat steel into fabrication-ready components.

What it is for?

To bend steel plates into engineered angles and structural profiles before welding and assembly.

PHASE 06 // PROFILE ROLLING

Section Profile Rolling Machine

Straight steel sections are gradually rolled into smooth curves and custom radii while maintaining their structural integrity. Curved members are produced for specialised engineering and architectural applications.

What it is for?

To produce curved structural steel members that meet specialised engineering and architectural design requirements.

PHASE 07 // WELDING & ASSEMBLY

Welding & Assembly Stations

Prepared components are welded and assembled into complete structural members. Our skilled welders follow approved welding procedures to ensure strong, reliable, and code-compliant structural steel assemblies.

What it is for?

To permanently join individual structural components into complete beams, columns, trusses, and other structural assemblies.

PHASE 08 // QUALITY INSPECTION

Inspection & Quality Control

Every component and assembly undergoes dimensional checks and visual inspection to verify compliance with drawings and standards. Our quality process helps ensure accuracy, safety, and long-term reliability.

What it is for?

To verify dimensions, welding quality, and overall compliance before components are released for painting and delivery.

PHASE 09 // SURFACE PROTECTION

Blasting & Painting

After quality approval, structural steel components undergo surface preparation and protective coating. Blasting removes contaminants and prepares the steel surface for painting, while industrial coatings help improve corrosion resistance, durability, and long-term performance.

What is it for?

To protect structural steel from corrosion and environmental exposure before transportation and site installation.

PHASE 10 // FINISHED COMPONENTS

Ready for Delivery

Completed structural steel members are identified, protected, and organised for transportation. Our logistics team ensures components arrive on site safely and on schedule for efficient installation.

What it is for?

To store, protect, and deliver finished structural steel components in the correct sequence for smooth site installation.

ENGINEERING QUALITY

Engineering Quality in Every Step.
